The hotel was central to everything in Oban. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor but there is a modern lift so no problem there. The staff were very good and always smiling. They provided an excellent service, in particular Andy the waiter/bar tender who we probably dealt with most as we ate dinner on both nights of our stay. Andy was helpful with anything we needed and was very professional. The hotel has been refurbished and looks great. The restaurant looked great and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend of family.

We loved this hotel. Rooms are beautiful, all refurbished and clean. We had a sea view room and we have seen the ships passing by from our window which was quite nice. Breakfast was great, there was a great selection of different things and everything was tasty. What we also really liked was the staff. Everyone we met there was just super nice they were always making sure we are feeling welcomed. Breakfast staff and reception staff in particular. Thank you we had a great time and would definitely return 🙂

the staff were efficient and friendly refurb has been done to a good standard and the public areas are bright and comfortable food at dinner and breakfast was nicely cooked with a good choice of items bedroom and bathroom were nicely decorated with crisp white linen and big soft towels lovely view of the harbour and within easy walking to the shops etc the hotel has no parking but the public carpark is only across the road and free between 6pm and 9am weekdays or 1pm on sunday super large bed

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very easy to navigate and had a very easy, laid-back, peaceful feel about it. Which was nice. Our breakfast was good, and the view from the room was lovely. I would use it again as the location is fantastic.
